Vegard Kristoffersen is the data controller for the personal data collected through the REPLOADR app and website (the “Service”). We are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: email address, password hash, display name, and profile photo/avatar configuration.
• Profile and training data: birth year, sex, body weight, height, training experience, fitness goals, bio, city, and preferred training times.
• Workout data: exercises performed, sets, reps, weight, duration, RPE, and notes you choose to log.
• Social data: posts, comments, likes, partner connections, gym reviews, and leaderboard visibility preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app usage analytics, and crash reports.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send to customer support.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• to create and manage your account and provide the Service;
• to generate personalised workout and rest-timer recommendations;
• to calculate ranks, levels, and leaderboards;
• to enable social features such as partner finding and the community feed;
• to improve the Service, fix bugs, and conduct product analytics;
• to prevent fraud, secure your account, and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
• to communicate with you about your account, subscriptions, and support requests.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (providing the Service you subscribe to), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (where you opt in to marketing or optional data sharing), and legal obligation (where required by law or taxation).

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle.com: our Merchant of Record for subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
• Service providers: hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support tools.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and tax advisers when necessary.
• Authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions approved by the European Commission.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or security reasons.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
